What is CTAP?

CTAP makes transitioning to electric vehicles easier by giving fleet operators access to subsidized EVs, charging infrastructure and vehicle financing.

What types of electric vehicles are available?

Our current EV selection includes: Up to 12 passenger Non-ADA vehicles AND up to 9 passenger ADA compliant vehicles.

When can I expect to receive vehicles after approval?

While delivery times vary depending on approval and order times, vehicles can be delivered in as little as 3-4 weeks from placing the order.

What types of organizations or entities can apply?

Eligibility requirements include:

Must be a driver or fleet owner serving passengers or located in a disadvantaged community (DAC) in NYC. For more information on DAC criteria, visit the Climate Act website.

Must operate a passenger carrying service.

Must have an active commercial auto insurance policy and comply with DOT, and other relevant regulations.
