Eligibility:

Operate in NYC DACs
Must be a driver or fleet owner serving passengers or located in a disadvantaged community (DAC) in NYC. For more information on DAC criteria, visit the Climate Act website.

Transport passengers
Must operate a passenger carrying service.

Insured and licensed
Must have an active commercial auto insurance policy and comply with DOT, and other relevant regulations.

What types of electric vehicles are available?
Our current EV selection includes: Up to 12 passenger Non-ADA vehicles AND up to 9 passenger ADA compliant vehicles.
When can I expect to receive vehicles after approval?
While delivery times vary depending on approval and order times, vehicle deliveries and charging infrastructure installations can begin as soon as Q1 2025.
